Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for the yearly membership fee or monthly maintenance fee for this membership. Once the payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
Travel Incentives
Validity and Activation
- The digital rewards generated have a validity period of 7 days from the date of issuance. The expiration date indicated on the digital rewards refers to the activation of the incentive itself.
- To initiate the activation process, customers must settle the daily taxes and fees associated with the incentive through our online platform. Currently, the activation fee must be paid in US dollars, with plans to extend this option to other currencies in the future.
Activation Process
- Customers must activate their incentive within 7 days of receiving it. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the incentive, and it will not be usable.
- Activation is done online by covering the nightly resort taxes and fees. Once activated within 7 days, customers have an 18-month window to book their trip.
Additional Costs
- The recipient is responsible for covering all additional costs associated with the trip, including but not limited to airfare, transfers, meals and beverages, gratuities, resort fees (if applicable), and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Responsibility
- We are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or issues that may occur during the trip. The customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with travel.
Delivery of Incentives
- We are not responsible for the delivery of the incentives. The digital rewards will be delivered to the provided email address, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accurate and secure receipt of the incentive.
Vacation Incentive Limitations:
In consideration of participating in sweepstakes, promotions, or other incentive programs (“Programs”) offered by DirectBLVD, participants acknowledge and agree to the following limitations on vacation incentives:
- Maximum Participants: Each vacation incentive offered through the Programs is limited to a maximum of five (5) individuals per sweepstakes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of the promotion.
- Transaction Criteria: Vacation incentives are not intended to be given out for low-level transactions, such as purchases from a store or opting in to a landing page, unless expressly mentioned in the terms of the specific promotion.
- Discretionary Allocation: DirectBLVD reserves the right to exercise discretion in the allocation and distribution of vacation incentives. The company may consider factors such as transaction value, engagement level, or any other relevant criteria when determining eligibility for receiving vacation incentives.
- Non-Transferability: Vacation incentives are non-transferable and may not be combined with other incentives, unless explicitly permitted in the terms of the specific promotion.
By participating in the Programs, participants agree to abide by these limitations and any additional terms and conditions provided in connection with each specific promotion.
DirectBLVD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Program or promotion, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Funding
Usage Restrictions
- Funds provided for business purposes can ONLY be used for legitimate business expenses. Any misuse of funds will result in immediate termination of membership and legal action.
