The vacations can only be redeemed for couples and individuals only. Group travel is not allowed.
The recipient must pay taxes and fees for each night to activate their trip within 7 days. There are also resort fees due at check in for some hotels.
The digital rewards we generate have a validity period of 7 days from the date of issuance. The expiration date indicated on the digital rewards specifically refers to the activation of the incentive itself. Once activated, customers are granted a window of 18 months to book their travel. To begin the activation process, guests only need to pay the daily taxes and fees associated with the incentive through our partner’s online platform. At the moment, the activation fee must be paid in US dollars, but there are plans to extend this option to other currencies in the near future.
Customers can activate their incentive online by covering the nightly resort taxes and fees. Upon activation within 7 days of receiving the digital incentive, they gain an 18-month window to plan their vacation. Following activation, customers receive an email receipt and links to an online portal, where they can search for available dates and choose from participating hotels. The entire process is conducted online.
The taxes and fees are determined by various factors, such as local tourism and bed taxes, value-added tax, sales tax calculated on the full rack rate of accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, and applicable federal, state, local, or municipal taxes. These fees typically average around $30 US per night.
The recipient is responsible for covering taxes, as well as all additional costs, which may include, but are not limited to, airfare, transfers, meals and beverages, gratuities, resort fees (if applicable), and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
When you are mentioning about these incentives, you MUST say “Complimentary”. DO NOT say that these are “FREE” Vacations! The reason for this is because saying that these are free is misleading since there are taxes and fees that the recipient is responsible for. Therefore, the vacation is not truly free.
Your vacation needs to be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. This is to make sure that there are enough rooms available.
No. Any unused incentives do not roll over to the following month. You MUST use ALL of your allotted incentives each month.
*These are complimentary trips that are given to incentivize a customer to make a purchase, or give to an employee for recognition. These CANNOT BE SOLD OR TRANSFERED. They are only a complimentary gesture to be used as an incentive.
